I feel pretty up and down; it’s not fun. I try to be a positive influence in my own life (as stupid as that sounds), but I’m feeling pretty low and derivative. Time to do some chores and workout.
There’s this weird, disproportionate amount of ears/tails in my updates lately. People are going to get the wrong idea. orz
Wasn’t gonna tumble this one cause I wasn’t happy with it, but y’know what? Sure, why not.
Scribbled for the 30minute challenge yesterday. She’s named… High Style or somesuch? There seemed to be lots of different fan-names so iunno. *shrug*
I work very slow. Verrrry slow. So I haven’t been really satisfied with what I’m putting out for the challenges. I told myself, ‘do something painterly!’ and frankly, I have yet to as far as I’m concerned. xP
I always spend so much time defining the face that my bodies suffer, so I explicitly told myself, ‘nevermind the face, get the body out of the way first’. Hahah… But quickly realized ‘shit I’m running out of time forget the body do the rest!’ so it’s sloppy and awful.
I wish I could go back and polish, define, make this decent etc. But I think I like forcing myself to stop at the timer no matter what and never go back. Forces me to focus and get faster.
I’ll probs delete this, but enjoy for now!

I don’t know why I favour this dumb cartoon style so much. It feels more ‘homey’ and expressive to me for personal pieces. Meh.
